The current immigration process carried out by the people has led to overall economic growth of Canada compared to last decade. Due to the quality of life and plenty of employment opportunities available in Canada, many people are migrating to Canada and many are planning to make the process.
Moreover, candidates with significantly skilled experience have more chance of being eligible for the migration process. Reasons behind people migrating to Canada can be numerous but the way to migrate is one and only the Canada Express Entry System which was introduced by the Canadian government recently making the whole immigration process easy for the applicants. The one who gets selected through the new Canada immigration system can file for his/her permanent residency status. Moreover, the one who gets the PR status can visit more than 75 countries without a visa.
Express entry system is basically an immigration process launched by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada on January 2015 through which eligible candidates are selected to immigrate to Canada based on a point based system. Under the express entry program, the Canadian government has listed different schemes like Federal skilled workers program, Federal skilled trades program, Canadian Experience class program, Business class program, Provincial nominee program, Family sponsorship program and Quebec selected skilled workers program. The different immigration schemes have different eligibility criteria’s, so candidates can apply for the suitable program as per his/her eligibility. If you find any difficulty in selecting a suitable program, you can also approach an immigration consultant to help you out with this.
First of all, the consultants will conduct an eligibility test based on which they will identify for which program the candidate is eligible for. Eligibility or the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points are calculated based on different criteria’s like academic qualification, age, experience, language proficiency etc. Followed by which, an Express Entry profile is created on the CIC website. CIC conducts a draw every month in which it selects particular number of candidates and issue the invitation to apply based on the CRS score points. For example, on 4th December, 2015, the 22nd express entry draw was held wherein 1451 invitations to apply were issued to candidates with cutoff score of 461 points. After the draw system is conducted, the candidates who have received the invitation to apply can proceed with their permanent resident process and submit their application file within 60 days with all the supporting documents. Moreover, the candidates must ensure that the information provided in the documents must be accurate and relevant. If the information provided by the applicant is found to be inaccurate or irrelevant then the candidate can be penalized or even the applicant can be barred from applying for Canada immigration process for 5 years. Applicants who have submitted their complete application can also keep a track on their applicant process through their MyCIC account till they receive their visa on hand.
Basically, the Canada Express Entry System is all about making the PR process easy for the applicants.
